This homeowner in Crothersville, Indiana had significant water leaking into his crawl space causing high humidity and the potential for mold growth. He found Basement Systems of Indiana on Home Advisor and reached out for a free estimate. Our experienced sales inspector Steve went to the home to provide a thorough inspection of the crawl space.
During the inspection, Steve noticed that the water in the crawl space was leaking through the block walls and passing through the ground as well, creating a need for a drainage system and a sump pump. Steve explained that the moisture from the puddled water was creating the mold in the crawl space, which then travels into the home. The homeowner was very concerned about this and decided to move forward with the job to remediate the mold and provide and effective waterproofing solution.
Our Foreman Gary and his crew members Sai and Eric used CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the crawl space floor to prevent the moisture from passing through.
