Ken has a block wall basement that occasionally has water issues and wanted to totally eliminate this issue before starting a home remodeling project. In addition to the water issues, the basement walls were also becoming unstable over time and needed to be repaired as well.
Our foreman Jon and his crew installed a full perimeter basement waterproofing system that included a WaterGuard Below Floor Drainage system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to remove any water entering. In order to repair in the foundation of the basement walls, our production team installed Carbon Armors, which will permanently stabilize the walls.

Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Joseph and Brian installed CleanSpace vapor barrier on the ground and an EverLast crawl space door/entry way. The homeowner was very pleased with the results of the products that were installed and the work ethic from Joe and his crew members.
