An American Legion building in Galveston, Indiana had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rains.  The board of directors were concerned about the amount of water leaking through the walls and with no drainage system in place, high humidity and potentially mold growth could become a more serious issue.  They reached out to Basement Systems of Indiana after an online search for reputable basement waterproofing companies.

Our Sales Inspector Rob went out to provide a through inspection of the basement to determine a solution to the water leaking in the basement.  He pointed out several areas in the basement where the water was passing through the walls and recommended having a floor drainage system installed around the perimeter of the basement to collect the water and redirect it to a sump pump.  The sump pump would then allow the water to flow out of the building through a discharge line.  

Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Dennis, and Miguel installed the WaterGuard floor drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump for an effective basement waterproofing solution.  The combination of the drainage system and sump pump will allow the water to travel along the entire perimeter of the basement until it reaches the sump pump, which then removes the water out of the basement completely.
