This homeowner in Knightstown, Indiana had several issues in his crawl space starting with rotting floor joists and significant moisture build up on the walls and ground.  He became interested in having repairs done to his crawl space after seeing a Basement Systems of Indiana television commercial and quickly reached out for help.  Our Sales Inspector Josh went out to the home to provide a free, thorough inspection of the crawl space to determine solutions of the sagging floors inside his home and moisture issues.

Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Brian and Isaac removed the existing vapor barrier in the crawl space and installed an encapsulation system consisting of CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo thermal wall insulation.  The crew also installed a SmartSump pump to protect the craw space from potential flooding during heavy rains.  With these major upgrades, the homeowner's crawl space will not be a much cleaner and healthier environment.
