Basement Wall Leaks in Markleville, IN

Andrew's basement waterproofing job was a bit of an usual installation for our production team.  Our Sales Inspector Jay determined that water was seeping through 3 different areas from the basement walls so there was a need for more than just a typical sump pump.

Because the water was entering from several different locations, Jay advised Andrew that 3 TripleSafe sump pumps would need to be installed.  Our foreman Joe and his crew members Terry and Herschel worked diligently and completed all 3 TripleSafe sump pump installations in just 2 days.

Typically, our crew is used to doing one or two sump pump installations in basements or crawl spaces, but due to the circumstances of the water issues in the homeowner's basement, 3 sump pumps were necessary for an effective solution.  Andrew, the homeowner, was happy with the results and now has 3 working sump pumps to transport any water that seeps through his basement walls.

Basement Waterproofing in Elwood, IN

Homeowner Brian had water leaking into his basement in several areas causing this living space to be very damp and humid.  The basement was unfinished, but used for valuable storage and nonetheless, Brian wanted to have the issues taken care of immediately.  He began searching for reliable basement waterproofing companies on the Internet and found Basement Systems of Indiana.  Our Sales Inspector Josh went to Brian's home for a free inspection to formulate a solution.

During the inspection, Josh noticed that the water leaking into the basement was coming from the basement walls, therefore a drainage system and sump pump would need to be installed.  After testing the humidity levels in the basement, Josh also recommended that a dehumidifier be installed to get a firm control of the environment in the basement.

Our Production Manager Devon led a training crew with our Foreman Herschel to install a WaterGuard perimeter French drainage system to collect the water passing through the basement walls and drain it to a TripleSafe Sump Pump.  The crew then installed CleanSpace wall vapor barrier throughout the basement to prevent moisture from passing through the walls.  Lastly, they installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to control the relative humidity in the basement.  The homeowner Brian was very pleased that his basement is now dry and appreciated the crew's efforts throughout the installation process.  If you have a wet, damp, and humid basement, please contact us today for a free, no obligation estimate from our experts!  https://www.basementsystemsofindiana.com/free-estimate.html

Crawl Space Dehumidifier in Anderson, IN

This homeowner in Anderson, Indiana was very concerned about the smell coming from his crawl space that could be affecting the overall air quality throughout his home. While he did previously have a dehumidifier in the crawl space, he felt that it was not doing its job of controlling the environment and it needed frequent maintenance attention.  He contacted Basement Systems of Indiana for a free estimate on encapsulating his crawl space and adding an upgraded dehumidifier.

Our Sales Inspector Terry went to the home in Anderson, Indiana to provide a thorough inspection of the crawl space.  During the inspection, Terry noticed some wet spots and dampness in several areas of the crawl space.  He explained to the homeowner that a higher quality dehumidifier and vapor barrier on the floor and walls would quickly solve his crawl space nightmares.

Our Foreman Joe and his crew encapsulated the crawl space floor and walls with a thick, durable vapor barrier liner called CleanSpace.  The crew then installed a SuperSump Pump and an energy efficient SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.  The SaniDry Sedona provides a huge upgrade over the previous dehumidifier, because of it low maintenance, ability to remove up to 100 pints of moisture, and completely change the air quality throughout the home.

Basement Waterproofing System in Darlington, IN

A homeowner in Darlington, Indiana noticed water seeping through his basement walls and slab floor after a recent heavy rain.  The homeowner was concerned about the dampness causing high humidity throughout his home and poor air quality.  The goal for his basement was to have it completely waterproofed so it could be used for storage that he did not have another place for in his home.  Our Certified Inspector Terry met with the homeowner to discuss his concerns with the basement and determine a plan the was custom to his basement needs.

During the inspection, Terry took thorough measurements and conducted moisture readings to determine where the main issue with the water was located at.  Although the homeowner showed Terry where the issue was mainly prevalent in one corner of the basement, Terry recommended a full interior perimeter floor drainage system combined with a wall moisture barrier and a sump pump to keep the basement dry all year round.

Our Foreman Harrison and his crew members Brandon and Juan used jackhammers to break out a trench about around the interior perimeter of the basement to prepare for installing our patented WaterGuard drainage system on top of the footer.  After installing the WaterGuard, the concrete was then sealed back over and our CleanSpace wall system was hung to prevent moisture from passing through and help guide the water down to the WaterGuard.  A TripleSafe sump pump was then installed to remove any water that enters the WaterGuard drainage system through a discharge line system out and away from the home.

Concrete Lifting and Stabilization, Alexandria, IN

In Alexandria, a homeowner was dealing with uneven concrete that posed both safety concerns and potential structural issues. After an on-site inspection, it was determined that targeted lifting and stabilization would restore the affected areas.

Our crew addressed the problem by pumping two-part polyurethane foam into the designated sections. This specialized PolyLyft product expands beneath the concrete, filling voids and gently lifting the slabs back to their proper position. The foam’s lightweight yet strong composition ensures long-lasting stability without adding stress to the underlying soil.

With the concrete now level and secure, the homeowner can enjoy improved safety, functionality, and curb appeal.

Driveway Crack Repair with PolyLevel, Alexandria, IN

A homeowner in Alexandria noticed that their driveway had begun to sink and develop cracks, creating both a safety hazard and an eyesore. Inspector Jay determined that the best solution would be to lift and stabilize the concrete using our advanced PolyLevel polyurethane foam system.

Foreman Alberto and his crew carefully pumped two-part polyurethane foam into the designated areas beneath the driveway. As the foam expanded, it filled voids in the soil, lifted the sunken sections back into place, and permanently stabilized the concrete. This process is fast, clean, and minimally disruptive—allowing the homeowner to use the driveway again shortly after completion.

With the PolyLevel system in place, the cracks were reduced, the surface was leveled, and the risk of future settlement was greatly minimized. The homeowner can now enjoy a safer, more attractive driveway without the cost and hassle of a full concrete replacement.

Homeowner Larry in Anderson was ready to take control of moisture and air quality issues in his basement. He contacted Basement Systems of Indiana for a free inspection and estimate to explore comprehensive waterproofing and wall restoration solutions.

Basement specialist Rob conducted the inspection and recommended a full perimeter drainage system paired with pump upgrades, wall protection, and humidity control. His proposal included removing the interior wall from the floor up 32"–48" to prepare for installation of the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system as shown in the job drawing.

Foreman Loni and her crew installed the TripleSafe pump system, which features a twin liner, a 1/3 hp cast iron primary AC pump, a 1/2 hp cast iron AC backup pump, and the UltraSump battery backup system with a charging/control box, alarm, and a 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. The system also includes three CleanPump stands, an airtight lid with floor drain, and the WaterWatch alarm system. Two IceGuards and a LawnScape outlet were installed to manage discharge and prevent flooding from frozen or clogged lines.

To enhance the basement’s appearance and moisture resistance, the team installed BrightWall paneling and EverLast Wall Restoration Panels as shown in the drawing. The CleanSpace Wall System was also installed where designated in the proposal to further seal out moisture.

A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added to maintain low humidity and improve indoor air quality. Mold mitigation was performed using Mold X2, which treats existing mold-like substances but does not prevent future growth.

Larry now has a dry, clean, and healthier basement environment with improved structural and aesthetic features. If you're facing basement moisture or mold concerns, now is the time to schedule your free estimate here:

Basement Waterproofing & Structural Support - Anderson, IN

Pam in Anderson was ready to address serious basement water issues and structural concerns that had been affecting her home’s safety and comfort. She contacted Basement Systems of Indiana for a professional evaluation and long-term solution.

During her free inspection, basement specialist Mark identified several problem areas, including water intrusion near the stairs, poor drainage, and sagging floor joists. He recommended a comprehensive waterproofing and stabilization plan to restore the space and protect the home’s foundation.

Foreman Isaias and his crew began by removing the interior wall framing at the bottom of the stairs and cutting back the steps to allow for proper installation of the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. An exterior discharge line was added to redirect water safely away from the home.

To manage water intrusion, the team installed a TripleSafe sump pump system featuring a twin liner, 1/3 hp cast iron primary pump, 1/2 hp cast iron backup pump, and an UltraSump battery backup system with a charging/control box, alarm, and sealed 120 amp maintenance-free battery. The system included three CleanPump stands, an airtight lid with floor drain, and a WaterWatch alarm. Two IceGuard units and one LawnScape outlet were installed to ensure reliable discharge even in freezing conditions.

Electrical outlets were added to power the sump system and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which was installed to keep humidity levels low and drain directly into the sump system.

To address structural concerns, SmartJack supports were installed to stabilize the floor joists, along with a supplemental beam for added reinforcement.

Pam now has a dry, stable basement that supports a healthier and more secure home. If you're facing similar issues, schedule your free estimate today: https://www.basementsystemsofindiana.com/free-estimate.html
