Melissa

Melissa joined the Basement Systems of Indiana team in June 2022 with 23 years of experience operating her own cleaning business.  With this professional experience, Basement Systems of Indiana saw what an asset Melissa would be to the company and brought her on board.
Melissa's day to day responsibilities in her role as Logistics Coordinator include working directly with the CFI team to schedule sold projects for the production team to install and providing WOW service to all customers she interacts with.  Melissa is known as "the office mom" at Basement Systems of Indiana and lives out our company values everyday.
In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her children and grandchildren, as well as bird watching with her husband
