Arden joined the Basement Systems of Indiana team with previous experience as a Customer Service Lead and Trainer, along with an Associate's Degree in Professional Communication from IUPUI. With this professional experience and educational background, Basement Systems of Indiana saw what an asset Arden would be to the company and brought Arden on board.

Arden's day-to-day responsibilities include speaking with potential customers to schedule new appointments for the CFI team. Arden is a trusted member of Basement Systems of Indiana and upholds the highest standards and values of the company.

Originally from Indianapolis, Arden enjoys watching films and TV shows, karaoke, and cooking in their spare time.
