Seemed very knowledgeable. I was kinda eavesdropping as the more seasoned crew member was explaining what they were doing and why and long term effects made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing!

We needed our basement fixed and the sales person that came to our home was respectful not pushy on the whole up sale of things we didn't want. Office staff was friendly and efficient. Crews were nice guys did a good job.
