1. I saw my neighbor had hired your company 2. Your company presented a professional and knowledgeable image online and in the printed marketing materials, so I felt confident that you would do a quality job 3. Almost didn't hire your company because the quote came in almost 40% higher than competition, but after negotiating with salesperson we reached a compromise 4. I have used the competition a couple of times in the past for other properties and they were a little loose with the details, used corrugated pipe, and didn't clean up properly after the job.
Professional, friendly, helpful
The salesperson was professional and courteous but he missed a detail -- the proposed discharge / exit point for the sump pump was not feasible and would have resulted in an expensive concrete repair job. Thankfully the install crew and the sales manager came up with an alternate solution that worked well.
