The initial paperwork stated a project manager would come out 2 weeks before start date to plan around unique plumbing, but they no-showed the appointment
Sales Process
Since the project manager didn’t come after sales and before start time, the installation crew had to change plans to create a couple work arounds. The installation crew handled it professionally and explained it well. Started and finished on time
