What made you choose our company:
Basement systems of Indiana did a project to my basement crawlspace encapsulation, silverglo insulation to all basement walls, total redone of sump pump and dehumidifier. Before I ask them to do the work, I went through several quotes from other contractors. They are really low at cost, but I choose Basement systems because of the company reviews and consultation with them. They're are great people and kept me informed from day one. I contacted Jeff Russell, GM, who cares customers and company reputation. Joshua is my sales consultant, explained everything and scheduled work on 6/4, Friday. It took 2 days to complete entire job. The engineers Eric and Brian were very experienced in the line,, did fantastic job and completed the project as scheduled. Electrical outlet is sub let to sub contractor and waiting on them and not a big deal. Otherwise I am completely satisfied and give A++++ rating and recommend to anyone needs to do crawlspace and basement redone.
