From start to finish was a good experience.
Heather was great to work with as well. She answered all my questions. Kept me up-to-date on all aspects of the project.
Jay was a nice guy. His boss (I can't remember his name...sorry), was with him and I don't know if Jay was intimidated by him, but not sure if he would have done as much without his boss guiding him. I emailed Jay a question after our meeting and he didn't know the answer but said he would get back to me and never did. Sales presentation didn't "wow" me, but had seen similar from competitors.
Phil, John 1 & 2 were awesome to work with. Very personable, answered questions thoroughly and kept us "in the know" of how things were progressing.

You inspected thoroughly our foundation. You explained the process very well. Felt comfortable with all that was discussed. Your competition said the exact same thing for scope of work and price until you offered the discount if I scheduled the same day. The 30% discount is what made the difference.
