I was not able to be at the property and the crew leader called to keep me informed.
I had several other contractors look at our foundation issue. The sales representative listened and provided a solution that met our specific needs. I also loved the electronic way the sales person could provide a drawing of the solution and estimate right on site with our first visit.
Again communicated effectively and kept us updated since we could not be at our property.
