Isaac was very professional and caring, no pressure tactics. He walked us through every step of the repairs needed and each item that needed to be installed for the total encapsulation. He also explained why each item was necessary. He asked multiple times if we had any questions or concerns. He stayed in touch with us before, during and after the project completion. And he was kind enough to send us a copy of the manuals for the dehumidifier and sump pump. The only other thing that I would like is to get a catalog of before and after pictures for our file. Sai, from the installation team, did send me some after install pictures, but I am not very tech savvy with printing pictures from my phone. So, Thank You Isaac for your caring professionalism. Sai and his crew were very professional. Sai also explained every step of the install process. Sai and his crew, sorry that I do not remember their names, showed up on time every day and worked diligently throughout the days, only stopping once a day for a short lunch break. Every morning and at the end of each day Sai would ask us if we had any questions or concerns, for he was not happy if we were not happy. They even went above and beyond by helping me resolve my patio door not closing after they lifted the floor to level it and replace the seal plate, Sai seemed very family oriented and likes working for Basement Systems of Indiana. Sai even called us after the install process to make sure everything was okay and to see if we were satisfied with the project. Clean-up went very well considering that it rained most of the day on the last day of the project.
