Very good - no hint of high pressure. Presentation was informative.
Our Installation Crew
Very polite and hard working. 1 drain broken during the process was repaired at BSI expense. Broken threshold of basement entry was repaired to the point thatt the door could be closed but it was not adequately sealed. Will need further repair. A 2nd drain (for utility sink) was broken but not discovered until reconnecting utility sink after concrete cured
The Cleanup Process
We were not prepared for the amount of dust. We would have covered more of our stuff in the basement with tarps
