I am the property manager for Sugar Bush Condos. We have had several homes repaired by Basement Systems. The work has always been amazing.
Call Representative
The call representative was amazing. She listened to me and knew that Devon Rogers had estimated several properties in our community. She recommended Devon to inspect and bid the jobs. Very professional insite on her part.
Sales Process
Devon was amazing. It was obvious that he knew the builder and the issues with the structures. He did a great job of explaining the issues with both properties and what was needed to repair them. You were the middle bidder on our project. It was Devon's knowledge, honnesty and integrity that made us choose Basement Systems.
Our Installation Crew
Joe Surko and his crew were amamzing. He explained everything and did a great job of keeping me informed of their progress. They were true professionals in every way possible.
The Cleanup Process
Like the rest of the process, the clean up was amazing. With the exception an amazinngly level home, there was no trace that they were ever on my properties.
