Before Waterproofing and Basement Finishing
Ashley's basement showed signs of water intrusion and wall damage before work began. Moisture issues were impacting the space, noticing the bubbling on the wall, making a full waterproofing system and wall restoration essential to protect the home and create a clean, healthy environment.
Lower Wall Removal to Begin Waterproofing
To start the waterproofing process and expose hidden damage, we removed the lower half of the wall studs. This step allowed our team to access problem areas behind the walls and prepare for installing the drainage and sump pump systems
Wall Encapsulation and Waterproofing Completed
After removing the damaged lower wall sections, we encapsulated the exposed area with CleanSpace panels and finished installing the full waterproofing system. This step ensures moisture is controlled, seepage is directed into the drainage system, and the basement remains dry and protected for years to come.
Studs Reinforced Before Basement Finishing
After completing the waterproofing system and wall encapsulation, we renewed the bottom sections of the studs to restore strength and stability to the wall. This step ensures the structure is secure and ready for the next phase-installing basement finishing panels for a clean, polished look.

The basement finishing is complete, featuring EverLast Wall Panels that provide a bright, durable, and moisture-resistant surface. This final touch adds a clean, elegant accent to the room while ensuring long-term protection and a polished look.
