Foundation Pier Installation
Excavation exposes the foundation footing for installation of a support pier system. A steel bracket and pier are anchored to stabilize and lift the settling foundation.
Trench Installation of Support Pier
A trench is dug alongside the foundation to allow access for installing a helical pier system. Our crew works to secure the bracket and pier beneath the footing to stabilize the wall near the window.
Twin Pier Foundation Lift
Trench dug under the white brick façade to bolt in two steel support brackets. Piers are driven and adjusted to halt sinking and level the foundation beneath.
Post-Installation Backfill
With helical piers in place, excavated soil is backfilled alongside the white brick wall. Our excavator compacts and grades the trench to restore the yard's finish.
