Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Wall Stabilization and Concrete Leveling in Pine Village, IN

A homeowner in Pine Village, Indiana had major concerns about a foundation wall in his basement bowing inward significantly and a concrete patio that had sunk several inches. Our Certified Inspector Rob met with the homeowner and recommended a permanent wall stabilization solution for the basement walls and stabilizing the outdoor patio using PolyLevel injection foam. Our Foreman Isaias and his crew installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors with 12"x18" supports, C-Channels, and Hide-A-Way covers to reinforce bowing walls and added an Egress Window with a Geo-lock wall anchor on each side for permanent stabilization. Our Foreman Beto used PolyLevel injection foam to lift the patio several inches back to its original level. The home’s foundation and concrete patio is now stabilized, giving the home owner a peace of mind that his home now has everlasting solutions.
