Beginning the Basement Waterproofing Installation
We began the project by installing the WaterGuard sub‑floor drainage system along the interior perimeter of Brad's basement. This drainage system captures water at its entry point and directs it toward the sump pump, forming the foundation of a complete interior waterproofing solution. This step ensures incoming water is properly managed before moving on to pump installation and exterior drainage improvements.
Installing the EverBrace Wall Reinforcement System
To stabilize Brad's compromised basement walls, we installed the EverBrace wall repair system in the designated areas. This system combines steel panels and rigid foam backing to permanently reinforce failing walls, transferring outside pressure into a durable, engineered support structure. The installation restores strength, improves stability, and gives the basement a clean, finished appearance.
Installing the TripleSafe Sump Pump System
We installed the TripleSafe sump pump system to provide Brad with reliable, year‑round basement protection. This system includes a primary pump, a secondary pump for heavy water flow, and a battery‑powered backup pump to keep the basement dry during power outages. Paired with the WaterGuard drainage system, the TripleSafe ensures water is efficiently collected and discharged, offering maximum peace of mind.
Installing the LawnScape Outlet to Complete the Drainage System
To complete the waterproofing project, we installed a LawnScape outlet at the end of the discharge line. This finishing step ensures that pumped water is directed safely away from the home and released at a discreet, low‑profile outlet in the yard. With the LawnScape in place, Brad's drainage system now operates efficiently from start to finish, providing reliable exterior water management.
