Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Brownsburg, Indiana knew he had some issues in his crawl space with water seeping in causing insulation to rot and fall.  Our Certified Inspector Casey recommended an interior drainage system in the crawl space and then sealing the ground and walls with a thick vapor barrier.  The homeowner also noticed uneven floors in his home that Casey noticed was caused by the increased humidity.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Mario installed our EZ Flow drainage system and CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep the area dry.  The floors were stabilized with SmartJack support posts.

Foreman Alberto and his crew injected expanding polyurethane foam beneath the slabs. As the foam expanded, it gently lifted and leveled each section, bringing the entire patio back to a smooth, even surface.

With PolyLevel in place, the homeowner’s patio is now stabilized, safer to walk on, and looks refreshed—without the cost of a full replacement.
