Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A Camby homeowner needed a long-term solution for water intrusion and wall protection. Inspector Cory designed a plan to address both.

Foreman Harrison and his crew installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system and a TripleSafe pump system for dependable water removal. Electrical outlets were added for proper system operation, and CleanSpace Wall System panels were installed to help brighten and protect the basement walls from moisture.

Jon is a new homeowner in Norman, Indiana and had some issues with foundation wall issues in his basement.  Our Foreman Todd and his crew installed the GeoLock Wall Anchor System to repair the bowing walls.

A homeowner in Norman, Indiana had no vapor barrier in his dirt crawl space which created high humidity and moisture to build up.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Evert and Kevin encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal the ground and walls from moisture passing through.  

This homeowner in Morgantown, Indiana had some structural issues with the floor joists in his crawl space beginning to fail.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Emilio and Hector installed SmartJack support posts for stabilization.
