Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Greenwood, Indiana had a finished basement and was interested in upgrading a smaller window to a an egress window.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Edwin, and Kevin installed an egress window with a RockWell window well for a major upgrade in the basement. 

A homeowner in Greenwood, Indiana noticed signs of water leaking into his basement after it rains.  Our Certified Inspector Rob provided a thorough inspection and pointed out those signs of water intrusion were attributed to efflorescence on the basement wall where water was trapped behind the block wall.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin and Kevin installed a full perimeter interior WaterGuard drainage system with a TripleSafe sump pump and batter back up for maximum protection.  They also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help control the humidity and moisture levels in the basement. 

This homeowner's crawl space door was completely detached and needed a replacement.  Our foreman Joe and his crew replaced the door with our EverLast door.  

Jennifer's crawl space was taking in a significant amount of water.  Our Foreman Joe installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier for an effective crawl space waterproofing system. 

Homeowner Jon's sump pump began failing and he needed a new one to protect against water in his basement.  Our Foreman Holden and his crew installed the WaterGuard French Drain System and a TripleSafe Sump Pump.
