Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Galveston, Indiana was concerned about moisture on his basement walls and some wet spots in a few corners of the basement.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Evert, Kevin, and Erick installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system to redirect any leaking water to a TripleSafe sump pump.  

This homeowner in Walton, Indiana had some concerns about sagging floors in his home.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Evert and Gavan installed SmartJack support posts to stabilize the floor joists in the basement. 

This homeowner in Trafalgar, Indiana had sagging floors in their home caused by failing floor joists in the crawl space.  Our production crew installed the SmartJack Crawl Space Support System to stabilize the sagging floor joists.  

A homeowner in Trafalgar, Indiana had some issues with water seeping through the block walls in her crawl space.   Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Nazario, and Edwin installed a perimeter EZ flow drainage system on the interior of the crawl space, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a SuperSump pump system.

A homeowner in Trafalgar, Indiana noticed that the front corner of her house had dropped several inches over time and cracks had started forming in the exterior of the foundation.  Our Certified inspector Rob did a thorough inspection of the exterior of the home, inside the home to check for signs of foundation settlement, and in the crawl space.  Rob recommended 2 Helical Piers to stabilize the front corner of the foundation and PowerBraces on the interior wall of the crawl space to stabilize the walls that were bowing.  These foundation products were installed by our Foreman Evert and his crew members Juan, Edwin, and Ramon.
