A homeowner in Carmel, Indiana was interested in upgrading her existing basement window to an egress window to eventually add a bedroom.  Our Certified Inspector Terry recommended cutting a larger opening in the concrete basement walls for the egress window and adding a RockWell window well.  The installation was completed by our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin and Kevin. 

A homeowner in Carmel, Indiana had an existing sump pump in her basement with no lid that was not able to handle a high volume of water and it was causing high humidity due to the pit being exposed.  Our Certified Inspector Mike recommended replacing the existing sump pump, having a full perimeter interior floor drainage system installed, and a dehumidifier to help keep the basement dry.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Kevin and Jose installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry sedona dehumidifier.

They added new electrical outlets for the pumps and an additional 20-amp outlet for the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. After soda blasting to remove mold and debris, the team encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace system to seal out ground moisture. Finally, they installed The TurtL for a secure and durable crawl space entry.
