Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Cicero, Indiana has a finished basement and needed an egress window to meet Indiana code.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Nazario, and Edwin installed an Egress Window and RockWell for a major upgrade to the basement. 

A homeowner in Cicero, Indiana had some issues with high humidity and moisture in his basement.  Our Foreman Isaias installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to improve the air quality rising up into the main level of the home from the basement. 

A homeowner in Cicero, Indiana noticed water seeping into one corner of his finished basement.  Our Certified Inspector Nick recommended that we installed a full interior perimeter floor drainage system with a sump pump to keep the basement dry.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Jose, and Edwin installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system with a SuperSump pump.  

To address uneven surfaces and settling, Inspector Devon recommended targeted foam injection.

Foreman Isaias pumped two-part polyurethane foam into designated areas to stabilize and lift sunken concrete, including beneath stairs and elevated slabs. This method restored surface integrity and helped prevent future movement.

This homeowner's crawl space had dirt floors and no encapsulation system.  Our foreman Joe and his crew took care of the problem by installing a full CleanSpace encapsulation system, SilverGlo wall insulation, and a SmartSump Pump.
