Kokomo Basement Waterproofing & Finishing Transformation
Before: Nicola’s basement in Kokomo was vulnerable to water intrusion and needed a complete makeover to become a clean, finished space. She contacted Basement Systems of Indiana for a free inspection and estimate with waterproofing specialist Devon to find a permanent solution.
After the inspection, Devon recommended installing a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a SuperSump pump system with an UltraSump battery backup for reliable water removal. Electrical upgrades were included for the sump system and dehumidifier. For the finishing phase, Devon suggested removing interior walls and installing EverLast Wall Restoration Panels for a bright, durable look.
Foreman Emillio and his crew handled the waterproofing work, starting with wall removal and installation of the WaterGuard drainage system. They then installed the SuperSump pump system with all components for dependable protection and added the necessary electrical outlets. Once waterproofing was complete, finishing foreman Loni and his team installed EverLast Wall Panels and completed the transformation with Elite Plank flooring in Espresso, giving the basement a clean, modern finish.
