From there, they removed the failing egress well and installed a full RockWell system paired with a matching EverLast window. The team tied the new well’s drain directly into the home’s exterior perimeter drain, providing a path for water to move safely away from the foundation.
Before, Jim had a leaking, outdated window and a deteriorating well that allowed water to reach the basement.
