Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A pastor of a church in Jonesboro, Indiana was concerned about the condition of the church basement and the effect it could have on the health of people.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Hector, Victor, and Ramon installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system to collect any water seepage and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump. 

A homeowner in Charlottesville, Indiana had concerns about humidity, moisture, and mold in her crawl space after noticing musty smells rising into the main level of her home.  Our Certified Inspector Eric recommended sealing the crawl space ground and walls to prevent moisture from passing through and adding a dehumidifier to control the environment.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Beto and Nelson encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed SilverGlo thermal insulation and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

This homeowner in Manilla, Indiana had issues with water leaking into her basement causing high humidity and moisture buildup on the wall.  Our Foreman John and his crew installed CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, a WaterGuard floor drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
