- A concrete curb was installed in areas where no footer was present to ensure proper drainage performance
- A TripleSafe sump pump system was installed with a primary pump, backup pump, and UltraSump battery backup for dependable protection
- The system included an airtight lid with floor drain, CleanPump stands, WaterWatch alarm, two IceGuards, an exterior discharge line, and a LawnScape outlet
- Electrical outlets were added as needed to support system operation
- CleanSpace Wall System panels were installed to help manage wall moisture
- A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added to maintain healthy humidity levels year-round
