Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in North Manchester, Indiana was concerned about a large horizontal crack in his block basement foundation wall that had continued to get bigger.  Our Certified Inspector Nathan recommended permanently stabilizing the walls to prevent any further movement.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Edwin, and Kevin installed a total of 6 PowerBraces on the walls.  

A homeowner in North Manchester, Indiana was concerned about the floor in his house being unlevel in a few areas.  Our Certified Inspector Jay recommended stabilizing the floor joists in the crawl space with steel support beams and jacks.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Melvin installed SmartJacks for floor support. 

A homeowner in Winona Lake, Indiana had a serious foundation wall issue in his basement and was concerned that the wall would eventually collapse if not properly stabilized.  Our Certified Inspector Grant provided a thorough inspection of the inside of the basement and around the foundation to come up with a viable solution.  His recommendation included installing our EverBrace wall support system which would essentially take the place of the existing brick wall and provide permanent wall stabilization.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose and Marcos completed the installation of the EverBrace wall in just a few days and provided peace of mind for the homeowner that his foundation is now secure. 

Homeowner Joshua had some water seeping into his crawl space.  Our Foreman Terry installed a SuperSump Pump with a Time Machine Data Logger to record power outages, relative humidity, and temperature.  

Homeowner Joyce's walls in her basement were bowing significantly inward causing severe foundation issues.  Our Sales Inspector Josh recommended GeoLock Wall Anchors for stabilization and our Foreman Todd completed the installation.
