Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Marion, Indiana had a large crack in his basement wall causing by bowing at the top of the wall.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Hector, Victor, and Ramon installed a total of 14 PowerBraces to provide permanent wall stabilization. 

A homeowner in Marion needed both foundation support and concrete stabilization to address settlement and uneven surfaces. Inspector Terry designed the repair plan, and Foreman Evert led the installation.

The crew installed HP 287 helical piers to reinforce the foundation, ensuring proper spacing and placement for long-term stability. To address uneven slabs, they pumped two-part polyurethane foam beneath stairs and elevated concrete to lift and stabilize the areas. Where required, concrete was removed and replaced to allow proper product placement.

With helical piers and PolyLevel foam working together, the home now has a reinforced foundation and level, stabilized concrete surfaces for lasting safety and support.

A homeowner in Pierceton, Indiana began noticing the floors in his home becoming bouncy in a few areas.  Our Certified Inspector Isaac recommended additional support to the floor joists in the crawl space.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Mario installed a total of 2 SmartJack support posts to stabilize the floors.
