A homeowner in Wilkinson, Indiana was concerned about cold floors in the winter months due to a lack of insulation and a properly sealed crawlspace.  Our Certified Inspector Devon met with the homeowner and discussed insulating and encapsulating the crawl space to control the environment in the entire home.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Eliuc installed CleanSpace vapor barrier on the ground and walls, and SilverGlo thermal insulation.  

This homeowner needed a sump pump replacment.  Our foreman Jon and his crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump. 

Homeowner Patrick's crawl space was very damp and humid cause by a lack of an encapsulation system and dehumidifier.  Our crawl space repair Foreman Joe and his crew encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.  

This homeowner had sagging floors in his home caused by a lack of proper support from the floor joists in the crawl space.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Joseph and Brian installed SmartJack support posts to stabilize the sagging floor joists and even out the floors inside the home.

A pastor of a church in Jonesboro, Indiana was concerned about the condition of the church basement and the effect it could have on the health of people.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Hector, Victor, and Ramon installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system to collect any water seepage and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump.
