After a thorough evaluation, we cleaned the space using soda blasting to safely remove mold and debris. Then, we installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system to seal out ground moisture, paired with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier for humidity control. For added protection, a SmartSump pump system with an airtight lid and WaterWatch alarm was installed, along with IceGuard and LawnScape outlets for safe water discharge. A new EverLast door completed the upgrade, ensuring secure access.
