Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Noblesville, Indiana noticed water seeping through her brick basement walls during a heavy rain.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Marcos, Victor, and Eliuc installed a WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement, BrightWall waterproof panels, and a SuperSump pump system.  

A new homeowner in West Lafayette who recently purchased a new property with a finished basement and was interested in turning a section of the basement into a bedroom.  Our Real Estate Specialist Scott informed the homeowner that an egress window would have to be installed as an emergency escape route for the basement bedroom.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Nazario, and Edwin installed Egress Windows that each had a RockWell window well.  

A homeowner in West Lafayette, Indiana had a small existing window in her basement, but she was interested in adding a bedroom in the basement and needed a form of egress.  Our Certified Inspector Terry met with the homeowner to discuss her options and they settled on the installation of a new egress window and a RockWell window well that was installed by our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Edwin, and Kevin. 

A homeowner in Brookston, Indiana had bouncy and unlevel floors in his home.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Evert, Kevin, and Erick installed 2 SmartJack support posts to stabilize the floors above the crawl space. 

A homeowner in Williams, Indiana had severe horizontal cracks in his basement foundation walls that had continued to get worse over time.  Our Certified Inspector Casey recommended permanent stabilizing the walls to prevent any further wall movement.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose, Eliuc, and Marcos installed a total of 14 Geo-Lock wall earth anchors.
