For water and humidity control, the team installed a SuperSump pump system with exterior discharge and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, supported by new electrical outlets and an additional 20-amp outlet. Soda blasting was performed to safely remove mold and mildew, ensuring a clean start for the encapsulation.
