Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

The owner of a Best Western Hotel in Batesville, Indiana was concerned about stability of the building's foundation after noticing large wall cracks in several rooms.  Our Foreman John and his crew members Chris and Jon-Wesley installed 17 Helical Piers to permanently stabilize the foundation.  

A homeowner in Batesville, Indiana noticed that an area of his basement would leak through the walls during a heavy rainstorm.  Our Certified Inspector Michael recommended a full perimeter floor drainage system with a Sump Pump and a batter back up.  The customer decided to just have a partial WaterGuard floor drainage system installed and the SuperSump pump with an UltraSump battery back up system installed that was completed by our Foreman Adam and his crew members Austin, Ricky, and Michael. 

A homeowner in Batesville, Indiana had a finished basement, but she had plans to expand the space and upgrade a few areas to make it more modern.  Our Certified Field Inspector Devon met with the homeowner to envision what she would like to do with the space.  The project consisted of removing brick on the walls and adding a new section of drywall and columns.  Our Project Manager Loni and his Foreman Josh installed our patented EverLast wall panels, decorative column posts, and recessed LED ceiling lights. 

A homeowner in Montpelier, Indiana noticed low spots in several areas of the floors in his home.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Mario and Erick installed 2 SmartJack supports posts to stabilize the failing floor joists.

A homeowner in Keystone, Indiana had unlevel floors throughout his home caused by sagging wooden floor joists in the basement.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Mario installed 2 SmartJack support posts and a steel supplemental beam to stabilize the floors above.
