Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Richmond, Indiana was concerned about musty smells in his home caused by the condition of his vented dirt crawl space.  Our Certified Inspector Mike recommended sealing the crawl space ground and walls with a thick, durable vapor barrier to help control the overall environment in the crawl space.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Jorge encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a SuperSump pump system. 

Homeowner Pete had bowing walls in his basement causing crucial foundation issues.  Our Foreman Todd and his crew installed GeoLock Anchors to stabilize the walls and prevent any further damage.  

This homeowner in Fountain City, Indiana had issues with water leaking through his basement floor.  Our Foreman Chris and his crew members Phil and Anthony installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system to collect water passing through the floor and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump.  

A homeowner in Berne, Indiana had large exterior foundation cracks in the brick at the front entryway of his home.  Our Certified Inspector Isaac thoroughly inspected the exterior of the foundation to determine the best solution to stabilize the foundation.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Miguel, Edwin, and Ramon installed a total of 4 Helical Piers to permanently stabilize the home.  

A homeowner in Berne wanted a long-term solution to moisture and humidity problems in their crawl space. Inspector Jay designed the project, and Foreman Joe led the installation.

The crew encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace system, paired with EZFlow perimeter drainage to manage water at the source. To ensure the space stays dry and healthy, they also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control moisture and reduce odors.

Now the crawl space is clean, dry, and better protected for the future.
