Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Noblesville, Indiana noticed water seeping through her brick basement walls during a heavy rain.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Marcos, Victor, and Eliuc installed a WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement, BrightWall waterproof panels, and a SuperSump pump system.  

A new homeowner in West Lafayette who recently purchased a new property with a finished basement and was interested in turning a section of the basement into a bedroom.  Our Real Estate Specialist Scott informed the homeowner that an egress window would have to be installed as an emergency escape route for the basement bedroom.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Nazario, and Edwin installed Egress Windows that each had a RockWell window well.  

A homeowner in West Lafayette, Indiana had a small existing window in her basement, but she was interested in adding a bedroom in the basement and needed a form of egress.  Our Certified Inspector Terry met with the homeowner to discuss her options and they settled on the installation of a new egress window and a RockWell window well that was installed by our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Edwin, and Kevin. 

This homeowner need to replace the sump pump in his basement and called the Basement Systems of Indiana team to come out and install out TripleSafe sump pump. 

Diana's basement had standing water in several areas causing high humidity and mold issues.  Our Foreman Nolan and his crew installed Drainage Matting to capture the water passing through the basement walls, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier.
