Our Certified Inspector Devon recommended sealing the crawl space ground with a thick vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through and Steel Jacks and beams to stabilize the floors above. Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Juan, Ramon, and Victor encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed 4 SmartJacks in the area shown in the photo to permanently stabilize the floors.
