After the inspection, Jay recommended a full encapsulation system combined with insulation and humidity control. Foreman Joe and his crew began by removing old insulation and clearing debris from the crawl space. They then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, sealing the ground and walls to block moisture and improve air quality. For energy efficiency, SilverGlo insulation was added along the walls and rim joists, and a new EverLast door was installed for secure access. To control humidity and prevent mold, the team installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with a condensate pump for automatic water removal.
