What made you choose our company:
There are times we have an experience which is refreshing, exceptional and unique.
Good experiences don’t just magically happen. I believe it starts at the top with the people who run the business. I recommend learning about Larry Gieske and his philosophy of being a good human being. He is an inventor who has 31 patents.
Larry’s attitude is reflected in the local offices and managing partners who serve their communities. He refers to the Boy Scouts laws on his site. Those rules are over a hundred years old but, they are even more important today.
I spent 40 years of my career consulting business on systems and software to help businesses provide exceptional customer service. I recognize indicators of intelligent, well-thought-out processes conducted by people who are good at what they do.
I recognize BSI uses technology effectively to manage relationships with people. Many businesses do that. What makes BSI stand out is they never lose sight of the humans they are serving.
I was impressed with the very first person I interacted with. Hailey was exceptional. She was fast, efficient, personable, and pleasant. I felt that I was going to be treated like a person rather than a customer.
Our exceptional experience continued when our consultant, Cory, arrived at our house. He is the best example of how a service industry people should conduct themselves. He was a fantastic person to work with. He was on time, fast and efficient. He took the time and care to make us his sole attention.
I could go through all the ways Cory exemplified Boy Scouts traits, but that would take too much time. He was prepared, friendly, courteous and helpful.
His attitude was one of service. Anyone can read books and learn a craft. He has a phenomenal understanding of how to solve problems in the most effective and efficient way. He thinks about the customer not as someone who they make money from but to consult.
Cory bravely went down into our crawlspace to inspect what needed to be done. He took pictures and videos. He was thorough. He was efficient and he was effective.
He spent the time to show us exactly what needed to be done and what he would recommend. He consulted us as though we were his family. He made showed us his recommendation and let us decide from there.
Cory showed us he treats people like humans. We were not rushed. We were not pushed. We were consulted. He was trustworthy.
Cory will never be replaced by artificial intelligence. His intelligence is human centered. I am glad that his management had the wisdom to hire people like him because, when it comes down to it, that is what makes all the difference.
Cory has a phenomenal experience and knowledge of his craft. What is more important is Cory is a human who likes humans. AI will never replace Hailey and Cory, and I am glad of it.
I wish more companies had the leadership and staff that Basement Systems of Indiana provide. I would like more companies to be like BSI. We need more people like Larry, Hailey and Cory.
