Basement Waterproofing and Encapsulation in Crawfordsville, IN

A homeowner in Crawfordsville, Indiana has an old cellar that was prone to water leaking through the floor and walls during a heavy rain.  Our Certified Inspector Kadin provided a thorough inspection and recommended an interior drainage system with a sump pump and sealing the crawl space with a moisture barrier.  Our Foreman Harrison and his crew members Harry and Brandon installed our panted WaterGuard drainage system around the interior perimeter of the cellar to collect and redirect water seepage to a sump pump located in the lowest point of the cellar.  The crew then encapsulated the area with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent any moisture from passing through.
