Basement Waterproofing in Arcola, IN

A homeowner in Arcola, Indiana was concerned about water leaking into his basement during heavy rains and constant dampness in the air that could cause mold growth.  The homeowner was also concerned about the floors above the basement being unlevel in several spots.  To resolve the issue, we installed a full perimeter interior WaterGuard drainage system with CleanSpace wall moisture barrier, a TripleSafe sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.  The sloping floors were addressed with steel SmartJacks and beams to permanently stabilize the floor joists.
