Basement Waterproofing a Finished Basement in Lafayette, IN

A homeowner in Lafayette, Indiana had a finished basement with water seeping in where the wall and floor meet.  Our Certified Field Inspector Mark recommended having an interior floor drainage system installed around the perimeter of the basement with a wall moisture barrier to help redirect water seepage around to a sump pump.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose and Brayan had to partially remove the wall to install our WaterGuard drainage system, CleanSpace moisture barrier on the walls, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
