Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Installing a Full Interior Waterproofing System with Wall Protection and Window Well Drainage

We installed a full interior waterproofing system to stop severe water intrusion throughout Robert’s basement. The project began with WaterGuard sub‑floor drainage along the interior perimeter to capture water at the cove joint and direct it to the sump system. For dependable protection during heavy storms and power outages, we installed the TripleSafe pump system with primary, secondary, and battery‑backup pumps, along with an airtight lid, floor drain, WaterWatch alarm, IceGuard fittings, and a LawnScape outlet for safe exterior discharge.   To manage wall seepage and prepare the space for future finishing, we installed the CleanSpace Wall System in the designated areas. Because water had been entering through the window wells, we added a WellDuct Window Well Drainage System to direct that water into the interior drainage system. Robert had an egress window and well ready for installation, so our crew installed them, adding a concrete lintel and PowerBraces to support the foundation around the new opening.   Finally, we installed rim joist insulation to improve energy efficiency and reduce drafts—an important upgrade now and even more beneficial once the basement is finished. With this complete system in place, Robert now has a dry, protected basement designed for long‑term stability and ready for future improvements.
