Crawl Space Moisture Control in Monticello, IN

A homeowner in Monticello, Indiana was concerned about humidity and moisture rising into his home from his crawl space below.  Our Certified Inspector Eric did a thorough inspection of the crawl space and recommended an interior waterproofing system, along with sealing the crawl space ground and walls to prevent any moisture from passing through.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Mario installed an EZ Flow drainage system and then encapsulated and insulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo thermal wall insulation.
