Crawl Space Encapsulation and Humidity Control in Yorktown, IN

A homeowner in Yorktown, Indiana was concerned about moisture, humidity, and mold growth in his crawl space that was causing significant issues throughout the entire home.  Our Certified Inspector Mike recommended sealing the crawl space ground and walls and treating the mold growth on the wood.  Our Foreman Josh and his crew encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace moisture barrier, installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and treated the mold with soda blasting.
