Crawl Space Humidity and Mold Control in Franklin, IN

A homeowner in Franklin, Indiana was concerned about possible mold growth in his crawl space after noticing musty smells in his home.  Our Certified Field Inspector Cory provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and noticed significant mold growth and wood rot due to high humidity in the crawl space.  Cory recommended a encapsulating the crawl space with a thick, durable barrier on the ground and walls along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help control the environment.  To mitigate the mold growth on the wood, we used a soda blasting technique.  The project was installed by our Foreman Josh and his crew members Nelson and Allam.
