Crawl Space Floor Support in Leo, IN

A homeowner in Leo, Indiana noticed low spots in his floors and was concerned about the structural support in the crawl space.  Our Certified Field Inspector Eric provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and found extensive wood rot and cracking in the floor joists which was causing sinking and poor floor support above.  Eric recommended steel jacks and beam to provide more permanent support of the floors above.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Melvin installed a total of 6 SmartJacks and 22 feet of steel beam.
