Crawl Space Encapsulation and Structural Support in Rome City, IN

A homeowner in Rome City, Indiana was concerned about uneven spots in his floor above the crawl space and he also noticed musty smells.  Our Certified Field Inspector Isaac recommended encapsulating the crawl space and adding a dehumidifier along with steel support posts and beams to stabilize the floors above.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Jorge sealed the crawl space ground and wall with CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed SmartJack support posts.
